TONIGHT! A FREE Skate/Punk Double Feature at Cut Teeth!

Come on over to Cut Teeth (394 Hasbrouck) for a great double feature! First, we’ll be watching Deathbowl to Downtown, a doc about the history and evolution of NYC skateboarding, narrated by Chloe Sevigny. Then stick around for Beautiful Frenzy, a doc about legendary Dutch postpunk band The Ex. Total runtime is 2h15m. Here’s some more info about the screening:

ENTRY

Doors open at 6pm and the film starts promptly at 7pm. This is a free screening, no tickets or RSVP necessary. Just show up!

SEATING

Seating at Cut Teeth is somewhat limited: we have approximately 15 camp chairs to loan out. If you have a camp chair or other portable chair you can bring, we strongly recommend that you do so.

CONCESSIONS

We will have popcorn and candy available for purchase, we accept cash or Venmo. As always, Popcorn Club members get free popcorn!

PARKING

There is street parking along the north side of Hasbrouck Ave. There is also a large parking lot adjacent to Cut Teeth, behind City Hall, that appears to be free to use to the public. I cannot totally confirm that, so the more risk-averse may just want to use street parking.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reply to this email and we’ll get back to you ASAP. See you there!
